Adult IQ — Public Liability Disclaimer
Adult IQ has been created to provide general educational and informational resources about many of the subjects people encounter throughout everyday life.
The information, books, guides, workbooks, articles and other materials available through the Adult IQ website and library are provided for general educational and informational purposes only.
We have made reasonable efforts to research and compile information from a variety of sources, including government agencies, established organizations, professional resources, healthcare-related sources and other publicly available information. However, Adult IQ cannot guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, current or applicable to every person or situation.
Use of Information
The information provided by Adult IQ is intended to help readers learn about a subject and become better informed. It is not intended to replace advice from a qualified professional.
Adult IQ does not provide individualized legal, medical, financial, tax, investment, insurance, employment, business or other professional advice through its general educational materials.
Every person's circumstances are different. Information that may be useful or appropriate in one situation may not be appropriate in another.
Before making an important decision or taking action based on information contained in the Adult IQ library, you should consider your own circumstances and, where appropriate, consult a qualified professional or the relevant government or official source.
No Guarantee
Adult IQ makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and reliable information, but information can change over time.
Government requirements, laws, regulations, medical information, financial products, technology, employment practices, insurance policies and other areas covered by the library may change after material has been published.
For this reason, Adult IQ does not guarantee that information will always remain current, complete, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Adult IQ, its owners, operators, contributors, authors and affiliates shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, expense, claim or consequence arising from or related to the use of, reliance upon, or inability to use information contained within the Adult IQ website, library, books, guides, workbooks or other educational materials.
This includes, where permitted by law, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or other losses that may result from decisions made or actions taken based on information obtained through Adult IQ.
Nothing on the Adult IQ website or within its library is intended to create a professional-client, advisory, fiduciary or other professional relationship between Adult IQ and any reader, member or visitor.
Third-Party Information and Sources
Adult IQ may reference or rely upon information made publicly available by government agencies, healthcare organizations, professional organizations, educational institutions, businesses and other third parties.
Adult IQ does not control those third-party sources and cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness or continued availability of information provided by them.
Where appropriate, readers should verify important information directly with the relevant official source or qualified professional.
Your Responsibility
By using the Adult IQ website or accessing the Adult IQ library, you acknowledge that you are choosing to use the information for your own general education and understanding.
You are responsible for considering your own circumstances and for deciding whether additional information or professional advice is appropriate before taking action.
Adult IQ is here to help you learn and become better informed. It is not here to make decisions for you.
The purpose of Adult IQ is simple: to bring useful information together, make it easier to understand and give people a better place to start when they want to learn.
Learn. Understand. Be better prepared.
This Public Liability Disclaimer should be read together with any other terms, conditions, privacy policies and disclaimers published on the Adult IQ website.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Adult IQ sells digital products and memberships that give you immediate access to our library, guides and templates. Because digital content is delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable. This includes membership fees, one-time package purchases and template downloads.
Memberships. Monthly and yearly memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through your customer account. Once cancellation is processed, no further payments will be taken, and you will keep access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time.
One-time purchases. Packages and templates purchased outright include the materials available at the time of purchase. They do not include content added to the library later; ongoing additions require an active membership.
Billing errors. If you believe you have been charged in error, such as a duplicate charge, email info@theadultiq.com within 30 days of the charge. We will review it and correct any genuine billing error.
Price changes. Membership prices may change from time to time. Any change will apply from your next billing period, and we will give you notice before it takes effect.
